licence
Where the software rights in the Simmis stack come from.
repository licences control
This page is a directory, not a software licence. Code rights come from the licence file in the canonical repository where that code is published. If this page and a repository licence differ, the repository licence controls.
The integrated Simmis product is not presently licensed through a verified canonical public repository. Until its repository, ownership, notices, and licence are published and reconciled, this page does not grant rights to unpublished Simmis code. Do not infer one product-wide licence from the component licences listed below.
published stack components
Other dependencies and optional components may have additional licences and notices. Review the dependency tree and repository notices for the exact version you use before copying, modifying, or distributing software.
site content and trademarks
Open source licences apply to the code covered by them. Unless a separate notice says otherwise, the Site’s text, documentation, visual design, illustrations, Simmis name, logos, and other marks are not licensed under those code licences. No code licence grants permission to use Simmis branding or imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
no additional warranty
Software is provided with the warranties and liability terms, if any, stated in its applicable repository licence. This page does not add a warranty, support promise, patent assurance, indemnity, or production commitment.
